Bids & Proposal Engineer - Industrial Automation

Experience: 3-10 Years | Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Automation Engineering

We are looking for a Bids & Proposal Engineer with experience in Industrial Automation to manage technical and commercial proposals for PLC, DCS, and Field Instrumentation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review RFQs, technical specifications, P&IDs;, I/O lists, and control narratives.
- Develop PLC/DCS system architecture and select appropriate hardware, modules, and software.
- Select field instruments such as control valves, transmitters, and flowmeters.
- Prepare BOQ, BOM, cost estimates, technical offers, and commercial proposals.
- Prepare compliance/deviation statements and technical clarifications.




- Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for competitive quotations.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and client technical discussions.

Required Skills:
- 3-10 years of experience in Bidding, Proposal, Application Engineering, or Industrial Automation.
- Strong knowledge of PLC/DCS systems and field instrumentation.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs;, I/O lists, and technical documents.
- Robust analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
