Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within high-rise residential societies, RWAs, builders, developers, commercial properties, and corporate clients.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, cold calling, referrals, and industry contacts.
- Build and maintain a strong database of decision-makers including Facility Managers, Estate Managers, Property Managers, RWA Members, Builders, and Developers.




- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized facility management solutions.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals, tenders, and service presentations.
- Convert leads into business opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
