Salary-₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Eligibility
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / P.B.B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an OT/Scrub Nurse in a multi-speciality hospital preferred.
- Freshers with OT exposure during training may also apply.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, infection control, and surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the Operation Theatre before surgeries by arranging sterile instruments, equipment, and consumables.
- Scrub and assist surgeons during a wide range of surgical procedures.
- Maintain a sterile field throughout the operation and ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques.




- Perform surgical instrument, sponge, and needle counts before, during, and after procedures.
- Anticipate the surgeon's requirements and provide instruments efficiently during surgery.
- Ensure proper handling, sterilization, and maintenance of surgical instruments and OT equipment.
- Assist in patient preparation, positioning, and post-operative transfer to the recovery area.
- Maintain accurate OT records and documentation.
- Comply with NABH standards, infection control protocols, and patient safety guidelines.
