About the Role

Netbells Advertisement & Media is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Media Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives, manage a team, develop digital strategies, and drive performance across social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital media and social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and coordinate the digital marketing team, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Plan, execute, and monitor performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.
- Develop monthly content and campaign strategies for clients and brands.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Coordinate with creative, content, design, video, and client servicing teams.
- Track KPIs including reach, engagement, leads, conversions, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.




- Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, digital tools, algorithms, and advertising practices.
- Handle multiple client accounts and maintain strong client communication.

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing & Digital Marketing
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Experience in Performance Marketing
- Robust team handling and leadership skills
- Excellent strategic and analytical thinking
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Knowledge of content planning, campaign execution, and digital analytics
