Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve results.
- Track key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Support A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for campaign assets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising platform updates.
Required Skills:
- 0-1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing (Internship experience is a plus).
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Google Ads or Meta certifications are a plus.
