Job Responsibilities
- Visit customers door-to-door and introduce company products
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the sales team.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, and sales.
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
- Work in assigned areas and cover the required number of households/shops.
- Follow company sales policies and maintain professional behavior.
- Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with door-to-door field sales.
- Must be energetic, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi; local language preferred.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned area.
- Smartphone required for reporting and communication.
