Academic & Teaching
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, demonstrations, seminars and practical sessions for undergraduate/postgraduate students, as applicable.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations and assessment activities.
- Conduct internal assessments, practical examinations and student evaluations.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and clinical activities.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic meetings.
- Maintain teaching records, attendance and examination-related documentation.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and clinical interviews.
- Administer and interpret standardised psychological tests as per qualified competency.
- Provide psychological counselling and evidence-based psychological interventions.
- Develop appropriate treatment/intervention plans and monitor patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
- Coordinate with psychiatrists, physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide appropriate referrals when required.
Research & Academic Development
- Participate in clinical research and departmental research projects.
- Publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals.
- Present research findings at conferences, seminars and academic forums.
- Encourage and guide students in research activities.
- Participate in institutional research and quality-improvement initiatives.

- Assist the HOD in managing the Clinical Psychology department.
