Job Title: Civil Engineer (Workshop Construction & Maintenance)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all civil construction and maintenance activities in the workshop and company premises.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to approved plans and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare estimates, material requirements, and project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to management.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Handle repair, renovation,



and expansion projects as required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction site management, industrial facilities, or workshop projects.
- Good knowledge of civil construction practices, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
