Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a tailored sales and marketing strategy targeting Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, and related stakeholders to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, introducing Flagstone Fix’s portfolio of products and solutions to new and existing clients.
- Identify and secure current business opportunities, focusing on HNI and UHNI customers in the architectural, interior design, and construction projects vertical.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product development, pricing strategies, and promotions with market demands.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports,



and market analysis to senior management.
- Continuously assess the performance of sales and marketing strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly within the interior design, construction, or related industries.
- Proven experience working with Architects, Interior Designers, and Contractors.
- Strong track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and marketing automation and AI tools.
