Job Title: Business Development Manager - Technical Sales

Job Summary

This role is best suited for professionals with strong B2B sales experience, technical understanding, and the ability to engage with senior decision-makers across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and infrastructure clients.
- Meet customers to understand their technical and business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.




- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Follow up on quotations, customer feedback, and payment collections.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
