- Your Role at Relatient:
Our office is located in Amar Tech Park, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote each week.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, especially technical leaders, to clarify role requirements, align on hiring strategy, and manage recruiting expectations.
- Recruit primarily for technical roles while supporting non-technical hiring needs when workload, business priorities, or team capacity require additional support.
- Help support recruiting operations, including coordination with local stakeholders and alignment to role-specific market and business needs.
- Use recruiting dashboards, reports, and pipeline data to communicate status, identify bottlenecks,



and support hiring decisions.
- Provide occasional recruitment support for US-based hiring needs, as required by the business, while maintaining a primary focus on India talent acquisition.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Proven technical recruiting experience with the ability to understand and discuss technical roles, skill sets, and hiring needs with technical leaders.
- Experience supporting a mix of technical and non-technical roles in a fast-paced, scaling, or high-volume setting preferred.
- Experience supporting recruiting needs across globally distributed teams.
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter experience with demonstrated ability to build Boolean searches, engage passive talent, and maintain talent pipelines.
- Strong reporting, organization, follow-through, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple
