We are looking for an experienced IBMS Expert to join our team and manage critical Building Management System (BMS) operations at project sites.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation & Control or related discipline)
Minimum 8 years of experience in designing and implementing IBMS projects
Key Responsibilities
Operation & maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS)
Cordination with OEMs, system audits, and customer communication
Documentation management and training end users on system operations
Reconciliation of junction electricity bills with UPPCL, LTTS HQ, vendors, clients, and internal teams
Coordination for electricity bill collection, payments to UPPCL, and reimbursement from clients
