Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable invoices.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform basic accounting functions such as data entry, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns.
- Offer bookkeeping services to clients, including maintaining accurate financial records.

- Correct any inaccuracies or errors in financial data.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Handle cash management, including receipts, disbursements, and bank deposits.
- Monitor and track income and expenses.
- Validate bank accounts and maintain ledger accounts.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, and financial information.
- Perform data entry and word processing tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with accountants and auditors to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
