How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Offer support for pre-sale activities by evaluating proposed solutions for practicality, logistics, and risk mitigation to improve sales efforts.
- Create accurate layout drawings and 3D models of parts and equipment, including dimensions, tolerances, fits, finishes, and materials; Develop a list of new drawings for prototypes and contract equipment.
- Support Manufacturing and Supply Chain personnel in interpreting customer and manufacturing drawings and material lists. Evaluate and address shop issues related to deviations from drawings by clearly explaining changes and corrections on check prints to colleagues.
- Engage in field and service center work,



supporting hardware implementation into client compressors.

What You Bring:
- High attention to detail and big picture thinker and excellent communication skills and able to work with team members across the organization. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Capable of working independently or with a team on complex designs.
- Proficient in reverse engineering with dimensional inspection techniques, including the use of micrometers and laser scanners, for OEM parts and assemblies.
- Solid oral and written communication skills to prepare and present to any internal or external client level.
- Travel domestically and internationally, up to 25% annually; Must have current passport (or ability to obtain) and valid driver's license.
- Must be self-motivated, well-organized, able to prioritize work, possess good listening skills, and accurately relay information to others.
