Contract Duration: 12+ Months
*Compensation:* ₹12K - ₹15K per month

*Risk:* You will be liable to pay a contract breakage penalty equivalent to the compensation for the balance contract period from the minimum 12 months committed.

Key Responsibilities:
1. End-User Support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and login issues.

2. Desktop & Laptop Support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform hardware replacement and upgrades (RAM, SSD, keyboards, etc.).
- Install and support Windows 10/11 operating systems.

4. Ticket Management
- Log, track, and update incidents using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or ManageEngine.
- Ensure incidents are resolved within defined SLA timelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams.

5. Basic Network Support




- Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Verify IP configuration, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Assist with network cable management and basic switch connectivity.

6. User Account Administration
- Create, modify, and disable user accounts.
- Perform password resets and account unlocks in Active Directory.
- Manage user access permissions as per company policies.

7. Asset Management
- Maintain IT asset inventory records.
- Track hardware allocation and returns.
- Update asset management tools and documentation.

8. Documentation
- Maintain troubleshooting guides and support documentation.
- Record resolutions and update knowledge base articles.
- Document procedures, solutions, and best practices.
