Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and qualified HR qualified to lead the HR function at our Sinnar manufacturing operations. The role requires a hands-on HR leader with experience in a large manufacturing environment involving permanent employees, contractual manpower and outsourced workforce. The individual should be equally comfortable working with management, employees, contractors and people on the shop floor. The HR Manager will be responsible for building a structured, transparent and people-oriented HR function capable of supporting the Company's growth plans. The Expectation We are looking for an HR leader who understands that HR is not merely a support function. The individual should be capable of building the people, systems, culture and leadership pipeline required for a manufacturing organisation preparing for significant growth. discipline and ownership become part of everyday working culture. Key Responsibilities Develop, document and implement comprehensive HR policies, systems and SOPs. Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, wages, allowances, overtime, incentives and statutory benefits. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. Manage permanent, contractual and outsourced manpower across the manufacturing operations. Handle Industrial Relations, employee grievances, disciplinary matters and labour-related issues with maturity and fairness. Review manpower requirements and develop the organisation structure and organogram in line with the Company's growth plans. Establish clear Job Descriptions, KRAs and KPIs for major positions and departments. Develop performance management and incentive systems linked to measurable KPIs, productivity, system/ERP adoption and best practices. Develop structured career paths,
