RAC/SAC Lab - In Charge

Responsibilities:
- 8-16 years of hands-on experience in performance testing and lab operations. Experience working with psychrometric chambers and its test standards also must have Knowledge of ISO 17025:2017standard.
- Strong knowledge of Indian & International regulatory standards (IS, ISO, AHRI, IEC etc.).
- Practical Knowledge of Psychrometric lab, standard-based test & Hand-on experience with psychrometric lab software from (Kinte, GZLans, H&C; etc.).
- Good Analytical/Troubleshooting skill, Must Familiar with Six sigma & ILC, Positive understanding of Co-relation & DFMEAtechniques.
- Overall responsibility for psychrometric lab operations, management and maintenance.
- Ensure calibration and upkeep of lab equipment (RTD, Pressure Transmitter, Power Meter, etc.). Familiarity with calibration processes and accreditation requirements (ISO 17025),create innovative ideas to reduce utilization cost.
- Maintain lab documentation as per ISO 17025 & NABL. Ensure Safetycompliance,



Kaizen & proper 5S of the lab.
- Plan and manage lab schedules, testing timelines, and resource allocation also analyze lab utilization and make MIS.
- Understand Internal & External Audits as per NABL - ISO/IEC 17025:2017 & BEE registrationprocess.
- Keeping Track of OEM Services under warranty management, AMC management & in-house planned Maintenance, Preventive & predictive maintenance. Ensure RCA for breakdown using (why-why / pareto / fishbone etc.).
- Eager to learn and ready for long tenure (1 year to 2 year) overseas training.
- Understanding of equipment Spare and consumable requirement of lab and advance planning and procurement for the same.

- Understanding of ISO 17025, Z-score, Co-relation and Measurement Uncertainty.

- B.Tech (Mechanical/Refrigeration)
