Job Summary:
We are seeking a Student Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, counselling students regarding courses, addressing queries, and assisting them with enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective students through calls and follow-ups
- Counsel students on available courses, eligibility, and admission procedures
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication
- Handle student queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process
- Achieve admission and conversion targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in admission counselling, education sales, telesales, or voice process
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid persuasion and counselling abilities
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
