About the Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Drone Technicians to join our growing team. Applications are invited from both freshers with a passion for drones and electronics and experienced professionals with relevant industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect drone components against the Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Assemble complete drone systems, including airframe, motors, ESCs, flight controller, GPS, cameras, antennas, batteries, and other payloads.
- Perform soldering, wiring, cable management, and mechanical integration.
- Configure and calibrate flight controllers, radio systems, GPS modules, telemetry units, and other onboard electronics.
- Conduct functional testing, calibration, pre-flight inspections, and quality checks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, electrical, and assembly-related issues.
- Maintain assembly records, test reports, and production documentation.




- Ensure all drones comply with quality and safety standards before dispatch.
- Assist in prototype development, repairs, maintenance, and field testing as required.
- Maintain tools, equipment, workstations, and inventory in a clean and organized manner.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), ESD practices, and workplace safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- ITI or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Freshers with relevant academic projects, internships, or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of electronics, mechanical assembly, and wiring.
- Hands-on experience with soldering, crimping, and the use of hand tools.
