Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our digital marketing and performance marketing team.

The role primarily involves selling digital marketing and Meta Ads lead-generation services to business owners. This is a sales and client-acquisition role; campaign execution or technical ad management is not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and connect with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and regular follow-ups.
- Identify potential business clients and understand their marketing and lead-generation requirements.
- Present and explain digital marketing and Meta Ads lead-generation solutions in a clear and professional manner.




- Conduct sales conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
- Prepare and share proposals, pricing, and service details with prospective clients.
- Handle client objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversations, and sales pipeline.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing and execution teams after client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and client-acquisition targets.
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, Client Acquisition, or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid negotiation, persuasion, follow-up, and closing abilities.
- Confident in communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, or Lead Generation is preferred.
