Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Student Counseling
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, universities, career opportunities, and admission processes.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with prospective students throughout the enrollment journey.

Admissions & Enrollment
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling and relationship building.
- Ensure admission targets and conversion goals are achieved.

Team Leadership
- Mentor and support junior education counselors.
- Share best practices and assist in counselor training programs.
- Monitor counseling quality and provide guidance on complex student cases.
- Collaborate with management to improve counseling processes.

Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.
- Generate counseling and enrollment reports for management.




- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and educational regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 3-8 years of experience in educational counseling, admissions, student recruitment, or a related field.
- Experience mentoring or leading a team is an advantage.
