About the Role

SPARA Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, lead generation, and digital campaign management.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (AdWords) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, keyword selection, and optimization.
- Generate qualified leads for hospitality, events, resort, F&B;, and related businesses.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversions, ROI, and overall marketing results.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly digital marketing reports.
- Manage and coordinate website content, landing pages, blogs, and social media activities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, sales teams, agencies, and external vendors.




- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and implement strategies to increase online business.
- Maintain regular communication and provide timely updates on ongoing campaigns and tasks.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.:
- Strong practical experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of keyword research and campaign optimization.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Robust analytical and reporting skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO, WordPress, HTML, and website management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.
