Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production operations.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time order completion.
- Manage manpower, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production SOPs.
- Coordinate with merchandising, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
- Monitor productivity, minimize wastage, and implement process improvements.
- Prepare production reports and track performance against targets.
