Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Handle Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and monitor banking transactions.
- Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring compliance with GST regulations.
- Manage purchase, sales, and expense entries in accounting software.
- Reconcile ledgers, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Generate invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and e-way bills.
- Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants as required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management review.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable activities.
- Verify vouchers, bills, and supporting documents for accounting entries.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.
Mandatory Requirements
✔ Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
✔ Experience in the Jewellery Industry is preferred.
✔ Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
✔ Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
✔ Experience in Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Management.
✔ B.Com/M.Com or relevant Commerce background.
✔ Good analytical and communication skills.
