We are hiring Customer Relationship Executives for a leading beauty brand based in Mumbai (Work from Office).
- Role Includes:
- Order Confirmation Calls
- Customer Feedback Calls
- Delivery & RTO Follow-ups
- Customer Relationship & Retention Activities
- Requirements:
- Excellent English communication (mandatory)
- Must know at least 2 of these regional languages: Tamil | Telugu | Kannada | Malayalam
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Freshers with exceptional beauty/skincare knowledge are welcome to apply
- Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
- Only immediate joiners will be considered
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
