Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services.
- Provide accurate information about Gataca Labs' nutraceutical products.
- Track customer orders and provide timely status updates.
- Resolve delivery-related issues, including delays, damaged shipments, incorrect deliveries, and returns.
- Conduct Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation calls to minimize Return-to-Origin (RTO) cases.




- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to resolve escalations efficiently.
- Record customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in CRM systems.
- Follow up on pending customer queries and unresolved tickets.
- Ensure all customer requests are resolved within defined SLA timelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Communications, or related field preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support, Client Servicing, Customer Success, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in one regional language (Telugu, Hindi, or any other Indian language) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Pharma, Nutraceutical, or Wellness industrie
