Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of front-end engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.-
- Establish and enforce frontend development standards, best practices, and code quality guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, and Backend Engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, performance optimization, and accessibility compliance.
- Participate in technical planning, architectural reviews, and technology evaluations.- Manage release planning, deployment processes, and production support activities.
