Responsibilities:

- Focuses on process standardization, performance tracking, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.:
- Support design, standardization, and continuous improvement of business and sales processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and objectives




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure execution alignment
- Manage and track key sales operations activities including pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data governance
- Generate business insights through data analysis, reporting dashboards, and KPI tracking
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Assist in business planning, performance reviews, and identification of growth opportunities
- Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of business processes and sales operations
- Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, etc.)
- Ability to work with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards.
- Process improvement and problem-solving skills
- Robust stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and execution rigor
