Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable loan solutions.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to organizational growth.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, insurance, loan sales, or business development will be an added advantage.
