Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business profiles.
- Design creative posts, banners, reels, and promotional videos.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Generate quality leads through social media marketing activities.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Respond to customer enquiries and messages on social media.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Creative thinking and strong organizational skills
