Website Management
- Update website content, including pages, banners, images, blogs, and service information.
- Upload and manage products, services, and catalogs on the company website.
- Ensure website information is accurate, complete, and regularly updated.
- Coordinate with designers and developers for content updates and website improvements.
- Perform regular quality checks to identify broken links, missing content, or formatting issues.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain records of website and catalog updates.
- Prepare basic reports on completed uploads and content updates.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other CMS platforms.
- Valuable understanding of website content management.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Ability to organize and manage large volumes of information.
