Key Responsibilities

Follow up on enquiries generated through phone calls, website, WhatsApp, social media, exhibitions, and other marketing channels.

Convert enquiries into confirmed orders by understanding customer requirements and providing suitable product solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

Regularly communicate with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and builders.

Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.

Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely execution of customer orders.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM or ERP system.





Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within assigned territories.

Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Development.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.

Good communication and negotiation skills in HINDI, ENGLISHand Tamil. Additional languages are an advantage.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹9,864.50 - ₹24,000.00 per month
