We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify current business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential MSME clients and understand their business requirements.
- Promote Cosmo Connect's services, including e-commerce management, GeM portal solutions, digital marketing, website development, and AI services.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to convert leads into clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.

Required Skills:




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and follow-up strategies.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces, GeM portal, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience in selling services to MSMEs, startups, or e-commerce brands.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, GeM Portal, digital marketing, or business consulting services will be an added advantage.
