Key Responsibilities
- Holistic Development: Focus on developing fine/gross motor skills, social skills, personal hygiene, and moral values in young children.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a vibrant, positive, and organized classroom environment that stimulates interactive learning.
- Student Assessment: Observe and track each child’s daily progress, identifying areas where they need extra support or encouragement.
- Parent Communication: Maintain regular, transparent communication with parents regarding their child's academic progress, behavior, and social development.
- Activity Planning: Organize and lead storytelling sessions, art and craft activities,



music, rhymes, and physical play
- Mandatory Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university.:
- Exceptional patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Excellent communication skills with high fluency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to use creative teaching aids, props, and basic smart-class technology.
- High energy levels and a highly creative mindset.
