The architect collaborates with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, and leadership to design solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Business Architecture
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives, business capabilities, and transformation initiatives.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
- Translate business requirements into technology roadmaps and architectural solutions.
- Develop capability models, business process maps, and value-stream analyses.
- Ensure alignment of technology solutions with organizational goals and business priorities.
Technical Architecture
- Define architecture standards, principles, frameworks, and governance processes.
- Lead solution design reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
