We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager, Data Analytics
In this role, you will:
- Execute various analyses and develop strategies to support business decisions across the customer lifecycle for a particular product/market
- Execute moderate to complex analysis and strategy with proper instructions
- Write efficient codes to process data for the required business problems and Ability to convert business problem to an analytical problem.
- Identify business problems/new opportunities to drive higher business value. Diagnose and resolve moderate to complex analytical problems
- Manage the ongoing monitoring of the fraud detection systems to ensure that they are performing optimally and in line with appetite & manage flash fraud attacks
- Interpret and manipulate large data sets to extract trend and identify issues and risk
To be successful you will:
- Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from reputed university with specialization in numerical discipline engineering specializations. Understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations preferred.
- Good knowledge of programming tools, preferably with proficiency in any one or combination of tools such as SAS,
