BLOSKIIN is a current-age skincare brand being built for the next generation of skincare consumers. We are creating products that combine skincare, innovation and a fresh, culturally relevant approach to beauty.
We are currently building our core marketing team and are looking for a Marketing & Brand Executive who wants to be part of building a brand from the ground up.
This is not a role where you simply execute an existing marketing plan. You will work closely with the founders to develop ideas, execute campaigns and help shape how BLOSKIIN is perceived in the market.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for BLOSKIIN across digital and offline channels.
- Work closely with the founders on brand strategy, positioning and campaign concepts.
- Research Gen-Z/young consumer behaviour, beauty trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
- Plan and execute product launches, campaigns and brand activations.
- Coordinate with influencers, content creators and external partners.
- Work closely with our PR agency and other external marketing partners to ensure campaigns are aligned with the overall brand strategy.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations with creators, brands, communities and relevant platforms.
- Develop marketing calendars and ensure campaigns are executed on time.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Track competitors and identify what’s working in the beauty/skincare market.
- Support customer acquisition and D2C growth initiatives.
- Bring new ideas to build awareness, engagement and community around BLOSKIIN.
- Take ownership of projects from idea → execution → measurement.
What we’re looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing or a similar role.
- Experience with a D2C, beauty, skincare, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brand is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of social media and current Gen-Z trends.
