About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Call clients regarding their loan requirements
- Collect and verify basic client information
- Run/check CIBIL reports as per process
- Understand the client's basic financial profile
- Conduct initial assessment of loan eligibility
- Coordinate with the internal team for further processing
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients

- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computers
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
