We are hiring E-Commerce Accounts Executive for a Renowned company.

Location= Sector 58, Noida, UP

Required knowledge
- Have handled accounts in E-Commerce like Amazon, Flipkart etc, Know SAP & Tally ERP well.

Salary
- 5LPA - 5.5 LPA CTC

Experience= Min 2 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end accounting activities related to the E-commerce department.
- Manage accounting entries for Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace transactions in Tally/SAP.
- Track order-wise sales, returns, cancellations, payments, deductions, and claims from different e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain stock records and monitor inward and outward movement of goods.
- Verify and maintain bills, challans, invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and other accounting documents.
- Track payment status from Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms and follow up for pending payments or short payments.
- Reconcile marketplace payments with sales reports, settlement reports,



return reports, and bank statements.
- Maintain proper records of all orders, invoices, dispatch details, stock movement, and payment reconciliation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to sales, stock, payments, pending orders, returns, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Store, and Dispatch teams for smooth order processing and accounting accuracy.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
