Job Description - Store Executive

Department: Store
Reporting To: HR

1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials and items.
- Monitor daily stock movement (inward and outward).
- Update stock registers, ERP/SAP/Tally system regularly and accurately.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and assist in physical verification.

2. Material Receiving & Inspection
- Receive incoming materials; verify quantity and quality as per purchase order and invoice.
- Ensure proper documentation including GRN (Goods Receipt Note), delivery challan, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with the purchase and QC team in case of discrepancies.

3. Storage & Handling
- Ensure safe and proper storage of materials as per company standards (FIFO/LIFO).
- Label, categorize, and track inventory for easy retrieval.
- Maintain a clean and organized store area.

4. Dispatch & Issue of Materials
- Process material requisitions from departments.
- Issue stocks based on approval and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate timely dispatch to sites,



clients, or departments as needed.

5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain all store-related documents (GRN, stock ledger, requisition slips, issue cards).
- Prepare weekly and monthly stock reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

6. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with Sales, finance, and Service teams.
- Track pending orders and follow-up with vendors/suppliers for timely delivery.
- 7. Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs related to material handling and store operations.:
- Follow safety protocols during loading, unloading, and storing hazardous or heavy items.Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems (ERP/Store Management Software).

Pay: ₹10,077.92 - ₹32,498.48 per month
