Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Site & Crusher Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our crusher site. The role involves supervising staff, monitoring production activities, maintaining records and accounts, tracking material movement, and ensuring that all site operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day crusher and site operations.
- Monitor production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain daily records of production, dispatches, vehicle movements, and material stock.
- Keep track of site expenses, purchases, fuel usage, and basic accounts.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports to management.
- Supervise machine operators, drivers, and labor staff.
- Ensure proper attendance and workforce management.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of machinery and equipment.
- Monitor inventory of diesel, spare parts, and consumables.




- Ensure safety procedures and site discipline are maintained.
- Identify operational issues and proactively suggest solutions.
- Maintain communication with vendors, customers, transporters, and management.

Requirements:
- Experience in crusher operations, construction sites, mining, quarrying, or industrial operations preferred.
- Basic accounting and record-keeping skills.
- Strong leadership and supervision skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of site operations.
