Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken Telecaller to handle customer calls. This is a no-target, no-pressure role — your job is to communicate with customers, not chase sales numbers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation, feedback,
and follow-ups Answer inbound customer queries about products, orders, and delivery status Coordinate with the operations team for order and dispatch updates Maintain call records and update customer details in Excel/CRM Share product information and guide customers politely
