Recruitment Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for leadership, mid-level, and entry-level positions.

- Review and approve job descriptions and job specifications.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage recruitment agencies, consultants, and external hiring partners.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
