Job Summary

The General Manager will be responsible for leading the overall business operations of the AMR Legacy project. The role includes driving villa sales, overseeing marketing initiatives, managing project execution, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities




- Lead overall business operations and strategic planning for the project.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize project bookings.
- Manage sales, CRM, marketing, project coordination, and customer relationship teams.
- Monitor construction progress and coordinate with engineering and project management teams.
- Build relationships with channel partners, investors, and key customers.
- Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to possession.
- Prepare business plans, budgets, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
- Oversee legal documentation, approvals, and compliance activities.
- Optimize operational efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate department heads and team members.
- Identify new business opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
