- Welcome and attend to patients professionally.
- Manage patient registration, appointments and clinic schedules.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and walk-in patients.
- Coordinate between patients, doctors and therapists.
- Ensure a smooth and premium patient experience from arrival to departure.

Treatment Counselling
- Understand patients’ skin, hair and aesthetic concerns.
- Explain treatments and procedures offered at the clinic in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Explain treatment plans, packages, pricing and expected process under the guidance of the doctor.
- Assist patients in choosing appropriate treatments based on the doctor’s recommendations.
- Address basic patient queries and ensure concerns are properly communicated to the doctor.
- Maintain a professional, ethical and non-pushy approach to counselling.

Patient Follow-up & Relationship Management
- Follow up with enquiries and patients regarding consultations and treatment plans.
- Coordinate appointment confirmations, reminders and rescheduling.




- Follow up with patients after treatments as required.
- Maintain solid patient relationships and encourage repeat visits where appropriate.
- Collect patient feedback and assist in maintaining a high patient satisfaction level.

Sales & Conversion
- Convert genuine enquiries into consultations and treatment appointments.
- Explain treatment packages and ongoing clinic offers.
- Follow up systematically with prospective patients.
- Achieve assigned monthly counselling and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, appointments and conversions.

Clinic Coordination
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists and the reception team.
- Maintain patient records and ensure required forms are completed.
- Assist with basic billing/payment coordination.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area maintains a clean, organised and premium appearance.
