The Area Head - Sales is responsible for driving business growth, strengthening distribution capabilities, and ensuring operational excellence across assigned branches within the Agency Business Partner channel. This leadership role involves managing multiple branches through Branch Heads, enhancing productivity, and ensuring alignment with organizational sales and compliance objectives.

What does the job entail?:
Key Responsibilities

1. Business Delivery & Revenue Growth
- Drive achievement of regional sales targets (APE, premium, policies) across assigned branches.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to bridge gaps.
- Ensure consistent growth in market share and distribution expansion.

2. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, mentor, and manage Branch Heads to enhance overall team productivity.
- Drive a high-performance culture through regular reviews, coaching, and feedback.




- Identify training needs and coordinate capability-building initiatives.
- Ensure robust succession planning and talent pipeline within the region.
