Homely Stays is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented *OTA / Listing Manager* to manage and optimize our property listings across leading online travel and booking platforms.

Location: Indore

Position:OTA / Listing Manager

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000/month (Negotiable based on experience)

Experience: 1+ Year preferred in OTA / Hospitality / Hotel Operations

Working Hours:10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Work Mode: Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and optimize property listings, descriptions, amenities, images, pricing, and availability.

Manage OTA calendars, room inventory, rates, and booking updates.

Monitor reservations, cancellations, modifications, and availability.

Coordinate closely with the *Operations & Property Management teams*.

Ensure accurate and consistent property information across all booking platforms.

Monitor listing performance, occupancy, pricing, and booking trends.





Identify opportunities to improve listing visibility, conversion, and overall bookings.

Maintain OTA-related reports and records using *MS Excel / Google Sheets*.

Resolve listing and booking-related issues promptly.

Requirements:
1+ year of experience in OTA management, hotel operations, hospitality, or property management preferred.*

Good understanding of *room inventory, availability, pricing, and booking management*.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Good working knowledge of *MS Excel and Google Sheets*.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.

Own laptop preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per hour
