The Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to spearhead our quality assurance activities. You will manage software and product testing within the Technology department. If you have extensive experience in test suite management, automated testing, and high-level problem-solving skills, then we want to talk to you.
- Responsibilities
- Utilize and promote formal testing methodologies to contribute to a process focused on high-quality output.
- Investigate product quality to make improvements to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.




- Log and track defects using the designated tracking system and tools.
- Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement.
- Work closely with Development, Product Management, and QA team members to develop an appropriate test approach and strategy for specific products and product lines.
- Identify and manage key KPIs and metrics for product quality.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute software test strategies and test cases.
- Experience in Functional, Integration, System, Regression, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End System Integration Testing.
- Experienced in mobile testing tools (Appium, BrowerStack) highly desired.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum/DevOps development methodology.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, PHP, HTML/CSS, and general web technologies.
