Job description:
- Identify the underlying causes of system bugs, data discrepancies, or pricing procedure errors to prevent recurring incidents
- Provide interim fixes for complex issues awaiting permanent technical or configuration changes
- Translate new or evolving business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
- Create test scripts, conduct Unit Testing and Integration Testing (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay), and coordinate User Acceptance Testing
- Build and update articles in the company's IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (e.g., ServiceNow or Jira)
