About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal travel trends.
- Write compelling captions, reels/scripts, travel itineraries, destination descriptions, and promotional copy.
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives, videos, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Research travel destinations, tourism trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments/messages, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports using analytics tools.
- Increase brand awareness, followers, engagement, and lead generation through creative campaigns.
- Assist in planning influencer collaborations, contests, giveaways,



and promotional activities.
- Update website content and travel package descriptions as required.
- Ensure all content reflects the company's brand voice and maintains high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to promote new packages, offers, and travel experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, content formats, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Solid content writing, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO content writing and keyword research.
- Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
